Volunteer with Sea Turtle Nesting Conservation

STX Sea Turtle Project

Join Dr. Kelly Stewart and her team who have been running various genetic studies with Leatherbacks, Greens and Hawksbill hatchlings at Sandy Point National Reserve for the past 2 decades. Alongside the STX Sea Turtle Project staff, you will learn all about these projects and even get to participate in some hands on nesting research! A typical day is waking up with the sun hunting down new nesting turtle crawls from the night. We will also return back for susnet where the baby nesting turtles begin to emerge! This retreat donates part of the proceeds to support these amazing efforts.

5 Night Stay at Oceanfront Eco-Hotel

An Upcycled Historic Plantation Estate

This historic estate is part of a 260-year-old plantation that is being transformed into a seaside botanical food-forest. It maintains a Danish architectural appeal while providing modern conveniences. The rooms are 100% solar powered and adjacent to a secluded bay for snorkeling and swimming. Each room has a private entrance and it's own private bathroom. While every room is different, each has iconic views overlooking the Caribbean.
