The Florida Hawksbill Project

The Florida Hawksbill Research & Conservation Program:

WHAT

• Study and protect the region’s hawksbill turtles and the habitats in which they live.

HOW

• Various In-water, mark-racapture studies on populations found in SE Florida waters. 

WHY

• To increase protection of Hawksbill sea turtles and coral reef habitats as a whole, through Sea Turtle Research and Sea Turtle Conservation.
